• Pranayama breathwork is a technique that opens hyper-oxygenates the body, helping the blood vessels dilate, allowing chakras (energy centers) to open so that energy can flow more freely through the body
• Breathwork often supports in releasing and/or transmuting stuck energy, emotions, and pain.
• As an active meditation, breathwork makes meditation accessible to all, even those who live by the mantra “I can’t meditate!”
• You do not have to be “in shape” to do this breathwork. If you can breathe, you can go on do breathwork.
