• Thomas will begin by leading a Cacao and heart meditation, supporting us in setting a powerful intention for our ceremony.

• The ceremony takes place during the energy of Fall, a season of release, letting go, and transformation. Together, we will reflect on what no longer serves us and explore what we are ready to release in order to create space for more of our true, authentic selves.

• We will then move into a vocal activation practice, harnessing the power of our voice to clear, shift, and open our energy. This will be one of our most potent sound practices.

• Following that, we will experience a live sound transmission. Attuned music and sound will support our intention and ceremonial journey, blending activating and relaxing elements. This transmission will also connect us to our multidimensional selves, featuring live music played alongside a video of the wild beauty of the Norwegian mountains.
