Choose your ticket type:

• TICKET ONLY - book your accommodation separately (there are plenty of hotels and AirBnBs in the area) OR

• TICKET WITH ACCOMMODATION at La Paz Eco Hotel, select either:
• single bed in a shared room (Shared bathroom)
• double bed in a private room for a couple (Shared bathroom)
• double bed in a private room for a couple (Private bathroom)

** You will be sent a confirmation and a welcome package with further details after you have purchased your ticket.

Other important information:

*Airfare and transportation to and from San Marcos La Laguna are not included. Lodging is not included (unless you select accommodation with ticket). San Marcos La Laguna has many lovely homes and hotels with well-priced accommodations. If you need help finding a place to stay, getting transport from the airport to San Marcos La Laguna, or have any questions, please email us at info@keithscacao.com. We would love to hear from you and are happy to help!

CANCELLATION POLICY: For attendee cancellation requests submitted by email to info@keithscacao.com prior to November 1, 2023: 100% of the total amount will be refunded, less $150 USD per ticket processing fee. Between November 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023: 50% of the total amount will be refunded, less $150 USD per ticket processing fee. For attendee cancellation requests submitted after December 31, 2023: sorry, but no refunds are given, no exceptions.

We realize that no person books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend or complete or for arriving late or leaving early.

What does the price include?

The "ticket only" price includes all activities on the schedule, breakfast each morning, and 2-3 dinners during the retreat. You must bring money for all other meals, activities, etc...

What are the accommodation options if I book a "ticket only"?

There are several hotels and many homes and apartments to rent (via a service like Airbnb) in the immediate area, which can be booked separately.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, children under 2 do not require a ticket, children over two will require a ticket. Please contact us at info@keithscacao.com. Please note some activities may not be suitable for children and we will ask that your children do not become a distraction to other guests.

Are payment installations available?

When you proceed to checkout, you will be presented with many payment options, including Shop Pay Installments where you can spread the cost of the ticket across 4 equal payments.

Is the retreat accessible for those with disabilities?

We will do our best to accommodate those with disabilities, but in general, no. San Marcos La Laguna is a beautiful town but not always easy to travel through or to. If you have a disability and would like to know more about your options, please email us at info@keithscacao.com
