Iced Cacao with Coconut and Cardamom

Ingredients
- 28 g Keith’s Cacao Paste
- 150 ml Fresh Coconut Water
- 2 tbsp Coconut Milk/Cream
- 2 Cardamom Pods
- 1 tsp Honey/Agave Syrup or other sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Open and prepare the coconut and put aside 150 ml of its water.
- Finely chop the Cacao.
- Finely crush the cardamom with a pestle and mortar.
- Put the coconut water, coconut milk, cardamom and honey in a small saucepan, and slowly heat the mixture to lukewarm. DO NOT BOIL.
- Mix with a hand blender until all ingredients have melted and a froth has formed.
- Fill both the cocktail shaker and the coconut shell with ice.
- Pour the hot cacao over the ice in the shaker. Shake well.
- Serve into the coconut shell, adding a spoon and a straw.
- Sip mindfully and enjoy!
