  • 28 g Keith’s Cacao Paste
  • 150 ml Fresh Coconut Water
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Milk/Cream
  • 2 Cardamom Pods
  • 1 tsp Honey/Agave Syrup or other sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Open and prepare the coconut and put aside 150 ml of its water.
  2. Finely chop the Cacao.
  3. Finely crush the cardamom with a pestle and mortar.
  4. Put the coconut water, coconut milk, cardamom and honey in a small saucepan, and slowly heat the mixture to lukewarm. DO NOT BOIL.
  5. Mix with a hand blender until all ingredients have melted and a froth has formed.
  6. Fill both the cocktail shaker and the coconut shell with ice.
  7. Pour the hot cacao over the ice in the shaker. Shake well.
  8. Serve into the coconut shell, adding a spoon and a straw.
  9. Sip mindfully and enjoy!
