Fudgy Cacao Popsicles

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Keith's Cacao
- 16 oz. Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Pure Cane Sugar
Instructions
- You’ll need: Popsicle Molds, Saucepan, Blender or Whisk
- Roughly chop your 100% Pure Ceremonial Cacao and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, add your liquid and cane sugar. Heat over minimum low heat until warm.
- Blender Method: Transfer your Cacao into a blender. Pour over your warm liquid and blend until smooth and creamy. Allow it to sit a moment, and gently stir out any bubbles that form. Whisk Method: Add your Cacao into the pot of liquid, stirring until smooth and creamy. Allow it to sit a moment, and gently stir out any bubbles that form.
- Using your Popsicle Molds, evenly fill the popsicle cavities. Add the sticks or handles and place in the freezer.
- Popsicles will take about 3 hours to freeze.
- Unmold from the tray and enjoy!
