Keith's Cacao ships to many locations worldwide, with distribution warehouses in the US, Canada, the Netherlands (serving the EU & other parts of the world), the UK, and Australia. Shipping options and pricing vary by location and will be displayed at checkout when you enter your shipping address.

Estimated Shipping Speeds

Please allow 1 business day for order processing before shipping.

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (allow an additional week for island locations)
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Additional US-Only Shipping Options:

• Express Shipping: 2 business days
• FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days (3–7 for HI & AK)
• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
• USPS Ground: 2–5 business days
• USPS Express: 2 business days

Customs & Duties

• Domestic Orders (US, UK, CA, AU): Shipped from domestic warehouses; no customs fees apply.
• EU Orders: Shipped from the EU warehouse; no customs fees apply within the EU.
• Other International Orders: Shipped from the EU warehouse (or applicable warehouse), and subject to customs clearance and fees. Customers are responsible for customs payments. Please keep an eye on your email for customs information from the carrier and let us know if any issues arise.

Countries Not Served at Checkout

Some locations require customs documentation or other requirements that our website cannot automate—but we can still get cacao to you! If your country is not served at checkout, please email info@keithscacao.com with the following information:

• Amount of each product you wish to purchase
• Full shipping address (street, state/province, country, postal code)
• Phone number (including country code)

We will send you an email invoice that includes the total cost of your order, as well as the shipping cost.

• Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be charged upon delivery
