Cacao Avocado Mousse

Rich, velvety, and deceptively simple — this mousse turns two humble ingredients into something that feels indulgent. Avocado brings the creaminess. Keith's Ceremonial Cacao brings the depth. Together, they create a dessert that satisfies without sitting heavy.

Beyond its flavor, ceremonial cacao carries naturally occurring magnesium and antioxidants, along with compounds long associated with mood and focus. Paired with the healthy fats in avocado and the whole-food sweetness of dates, this mousse is as nourishing as it is delicious — a treat that supports steady energy rather than a sugar crash.
