Cacao Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 oz Keith’s Cacao
- 1 ½ frozen bananas (or 2 depending on the size)
- 8 almonds (or nuts of choice)
- 1 ½ tbs peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 4 tbs oatmeal (or 6, depending on the preferred thickness)
- 1 pear or apple (green, yellow or red)
- 2 oz hot water
- 10 oz cold water (or up to 16 oz, depending on the preferred thickness)
- 2 tbs Maya Nut, Maca or other preferred superfood - Optional
Instructions
- Heat 2 oz of water to a near boil.
- Once the water is warm enough, put it in the blender with your Cacao, and blend for 15 seconds.
- Add the nuts, peanut butter, oatmeal and superfoods, if you are using any, to the blender and blend for a further 30 seconds.
- Add the pear/apple, the frozen bananas, and cold water to the mix. Blend for 2 minutes more.
- Serve and enjoy your Cacao Bliss Smoothie!
