Ditte Hofman Lessner and Shauli Lessner are the founders of Munay Healing, a holistic healing practice based in Denmark weaving together shamanic traditions, ceremonial cacao, yoga, breathwork, and nature-based healing.

Ditte brings over two decades of experience as a body therapist and space holder. A certified Keith's Cacao Practitioner, her work draws from Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Shamanic Studies, and ceremonial facilitation — guiding people back to their hearts and the natural world.

Shauli is a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and breathwork facilitator with a daily practice spanning more than 20 years. Grounded in yoga, qigong, and ceremonial cacao, he creates supportive spaces for inner balance and transformation. He is also the founder of Munay Healing Plantfood.

Together they have led retreats, ceremonies, and healing journeys across Denmark and beyond, blending ancient wisdom with practical tools for modern life.
